Switchvox PBX Plugin

As of v7 Rock supports connecting your PBX to Rock to import Call Detail Records (CDR) and enable Click-To-Call. In order to get this to work however, you need to install a plugin specific to your phone system. This plugin connects the Switchvox phone system to Rock.
