Bring Confidence to Project Estimates

Jon Edmiston 3 years ago 1 min read

I feel fortunate for the opportunities I had early on in my career. Not only did I have the opportunity to learn and experiment with the Internet while it was still young, but I also had the good fortune of working with an amazing team at Honeywell. The first five years there I supported the engineering team at the Jet Engines division. They were very passionate about Six Sigma (something every passenger on a plane should be thankful for) and elected to drag me to many of their training classes.

One tool they emphasized was the Three-Point Estimate. As projects become larger and more complex here at Triumph, I decided to dust off that knowledge and put it back into practice. Below is an internal video I made for our team that I thought I would share in the hope that it would help more people.
