“Perfection isn’t possible,” Tiffany Dufu said, “but excellence is.” Here at Triumph, one thing we certainly strive for is excellence, not only in our products but in our people. With that in mind, we want to give you a behind-the-scenes glimpse at what that looks like in our day-to-day operations.
During a recent mobile team meeting, a couple of our developers gathered to review a new team member’s training project. (We always provide training opportunities for new team members to ensure their first undertaking isn’t on a church’s project.) The developers conducted a line-by-line review of the code, checking for accuracy and brainstorming ways to improve functionality. Even though this project was for training use only, the collaborative effort in elevating each other, as well as the end product, was a genuine picture of Triumph’s commitment to excellence.
