Here’s what’s new in Rock’s GitHub for Pre-Alpha Release 18.0.6, which was released on 5/13/2025.

17.1 Highlights

• Added a new setting to the HTML field types attributes to easily browse or upload images and files, giving quick access to the Asset Manager without leaving the editor.
• Added a new setting to the Communication Entry block to easily browse or upload images and files, giving quick access to the Asset Manager without leaving the editor.
• Added a "Run Lava" scheduled job type to execute custom Lava templates.
• Added a "Remove All" button to the Obsidian Communication Entry block, efficiently clearing out all recipients to reset the recipient list.
• Issue 6287 Fixed a bug in Next Gen Check-in where the scan barcode button appeared even when the camera and the iPad Camera Barcode configuration are disabled from the device settings.
• Issue 6294 Fixed a bug in Next Gen Check-in where the email address field didn’t show up when adding a person while using registration mode.
• Issue 6196 Fixed a bug in Legacy (classic) Check-in where individuals could still check in during times that were supposed to be blocked by the schedule.

18.0 Highlights

• Triumph Tech donated its Helix plugin to Rock! Helix will be supported to build Lava Applications without the need for intensive JavaScript knowledge.
